Kindly note that TRENDZ cannot guarantee delivery to our customers on specific dates or times. However, we’ll make every effort to keep you informed in case of unforeseen circumstances.

How do I work out shipping costs?
Where possible TRENDZ allow Free Shipping on products. These items are all listed in our Free Shipping Collection.
Free Shipping will be automatically added to those products during checkout.
TRENDZ works with multiple couriers to provide the most efficient delivery services at the most competitive prices. Couriers are chosen depending on item weight, package size and individual shipping costs.
To see the cost of shipping, simply add items to your shopping cart, enter your postcode, and a shipping cost estimate will be displayed. Final shipping costs are shown “in cart” during the checkout process, before the final payment step.
How long does it take to dispatch my order?
The estimated delivery time starts after the order has been dispatched from the warehouse. This is usually within 1-2 business days after receiving your order and payment.
What if I provide the wrong postage address?
Once we have dispatched the order from our warehouse, we can cancel the order as a and resubmit the order with the correct address. However, please note that this may result in additional charges to the order. To avoid these charges, we encourage our customers to double-check the accuracy of their shipping address before placing an order.
The time that your item will arrive depends on where your item is being shipped to and from. We estimate delivery to most places in Australia to be between 2 and 7 business days, but it can take up to 10 business days to more remote areas of the country.
How do i track my order?
When an item is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. If you follow the courier's tracking website you will receive an even more accurate delivery estimate.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No, we cannot deliver to PO boxes because they're too small to accept most of the items we sell.
Will items arrive in one delivery?
Our products are shipped from multiple warehouses across Australia, which means your items may arrive separately from different locations.
Once an item has been dispatched, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking details. This email will specify which items have shipped, and you’ll receive separate notifications for any additional shipments.
